Be fun.
Be fearless.

Be you.

The secret to good public speaking isn't to sound like Steve Jobs or Brené Brown. It's to sound like you.

By combining improv techniques with academic research, you can learn to move past your fear and speak authentically.

It always starts with a story...

My very first time on stage, at five years old, my best friend stole my line. I was already nervous and biting my fingernails. All of a sudden I was up there, in front of family and friends, with nothing to say.

I bit my fingernail to the quick and I ran off stage crying.

Since then, I have vowed two things: to never bite my fingernails again, and to always walk on to a stage confident in my performance.

From that beginning, I've spent more than a decade as an improv comedy performer and a debate coach.

My approach combines analytical academic concepts with cognitive-based improv techniques that encourage people to learn from failure rather than fear it.

So you don't just learn what works, you learn why.
